6.  Delivery

All research reports ordered by customers can only be cancelled BEFORE a report is delivered, not afterwards.  Due to the intense pressure of the Research Connect analyst team to provide immediate and up to date research, there are no cancellations with refunds for any research that is purchased via the ecommerce credit card site.  This is a business issue, as much as it is an intellectual property issue. Research Connect experts cannot anticipate the exact use of the materials which are furnished, to this extent, the research is viewed as a "commissioned work" requested by the purchaser, thus, monies will not be refunded regarding issues of quality, accuracy, etc. 

Research Connect materials, company information, data, and other research is kept as current as possible.  Research Connect analysts to the best of their ability will revise all materials to adjust for significant events such as devaluations, market anomalies, new discoveries, etc.  Due to this expectation to provide current research, Research Connect reserves the right to bring any and all ordered materials up-to-date (of said events) within 30-60 days from the time the product is ordered.
